A history of the area between Arapahoe Avenue and Canyon Boulevard, bounded by 15th Street on the west and Folsom Street of the east. This report includes a history of the early development of the Goss-Grove Neighborhood by decade, biographical sketches of some early residents of that area of town, and a history of Blacks in the neighborhood, and brief histories of some of the properties.

Charles W. Haffner had an eye put out by blowing sand while working on one of the WPA road projects. The map was donated by Haffner's grandson, who coincidentally married Henry Drumm's granddaughter.
